YUM!!!

Just have to share this recipe! It was a hit at our house last week and I will definitely be making it again soon!

Pineapple Chicken
Place 3-4 chicken breasts in a greased baking pan. Top each breast with your favorite BBQ sauce. Then place pineapple (canned or fresh) on top and surround with pineapple juice (from can or can use water). Bake for 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees F. That's it!

I served the chicken over white rice (Uncle Ben's Boil in a Bag is awesome). We also had this with sauteed zucchini...just cooked in a skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon or two of low sodium soy sauce. Tasted so buttery and full of flavor!
